On September 16th, 2001, several thousand people gathered in Atlanta Ga. to demand that convicted death row inmate Troy Davis receive clemency and be released. Troy Davis was convicted in 1991 of the 1989 shooting death of off-duty police officer Mark Macphail. With no physical evidence, no DNA evidence, no murder weapon and seven of nine witnesses recanting their testimony, people around the world believe there is more than a shadow of doubt about his guilt of this crime. This film showcases the Civil and Human Rights leaders who spoke at Ebenezer Baptist Church after the march. Speakers include Ed Dubose, NAACP,Ga. Conference President, Everette Thompson, Ga. Amnesty International, and Rev Al Sharpton, President of the National Action Network.
